Cavalry Global is excited to present a unique opportunity for a talented Head Chef to join the culinary team at a wonderful Hotel in Surrey, offering amazing food and accommodation for 80 pax, renowned for its commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of skilled chefs.
  • Craft menus showcasing Surrey's freshest and finest ingredients, sourced daily from local suppliers.
  • Oversee the culinary offerings in multiple dining areas:
    • A vibrant bar and lounge serving artisan coffee, lounge food by day, and inventive cocktails by night.
    • A relaxed yet elegant restaurant setting offering modern British cuisine, fine dining without the formality, featuring a well-chosen wine list and AA Rosette quality dishes.
    • In-Room Dining: Provide an exquisite dining experience for guests preferring to dine in the comfort of their room.
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes.
  • Manage kitchen operations including budgeting, inventory, and supplier relationships.
  • Uphold and enhance the establishment's reputation for culinary excellence.
