Business Solution Design & Delivery Lead

As AXA XL continues to invest in its end-to-end capabilities, the Business Solution Design & Delivery Lead will support cross-functional/cross-BU programs in solution design and delivery. Building on knowledge of processes and systems, they will partner with business units, IT, and other functions to guarantee the successful roll-out of initiatives.

The Business Solution Design & Delivery Lead will autonomously shape and own program-wide deliverables within the BSDD scope, coordinating multiple sub-projects or workstreams for large transversal programs involving complex transformation initiatives. This may include leading internal or external teams.

The candidate will be expected to self-direct and deliver solutions on large cross-functional programs. Effective coordination and stakeholder management across BSDD deliverables are crucial for success.

In this role, you will deliver BSDD service offerings, mastering all services with a focus on stakeholder management:

• Applying consulting principles, focusing on customer centricity, ownership, professionalism, and trusted advisory roles.
• Identifying business solutions through workshops, interviews, analyses, and managing C-suite stakeholders.
• Defining target designs and outcomes for strategic decisions.
• Applying change management tools to drive adoption and benefit realization.
• Establishing processes for continuous improvement.
• Acting as a Business Advisor, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Building relationships with key stakeholders and challenging them for optimal outcomes.
• Managing interdependencies between change initiatives and developing holistic strategies.
• Providing guidance to team members on development opportunities.

You will report to the Team Lead of Business Solution Design and Delivery.

We seek someone with these skills:

Technical Skills:

• Change Management experience and certifications (PROSCI preferred).
• Process Definition and Continuous Improvement expertise (Lean/Six Sigma preferred).
• Consulting experience with tools for assessment, solutioning, and implementation.

Other Skills:

• Experience managing large-scale programs in insurance and international environments.
• Skills in documenting and visualizing design decisions.
• Mentoring and leadership skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and soft skills.
