Night Shift Production Operative

Location: Ripon

Salary: £11.44 - £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 PM - 5:30 AM (times may vary)

Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our client as Night Shift Production Operative in our food production facility. While previous experience in the food industry and night shifts is desirable, it is not mandatory, as we provide full training for the right candidates.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with team members to ensure that products are delivered to our customers to the highest standards of quality and safety.
2. Accurately pick orders based on customer requests and specifications.
3. Utilize and navigate our in-house computer software ordering system (computer literacy is desirable but not essential).
4. Work cohesively with the team to promote a smooth and efficient factory operation.
5. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while working in the factory environment.

4. Excellent Communication Skills
5. Physically Able to lift heavy weights as required
