Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 2 to less than 3 years
- Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs.
- Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems.
- Prepare and maintain directory of supplies and trade contractors.
- Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
- Answer inquiries and provide information to customers.
- Repair glass doors and other glass structures.
- Computer and technology knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Commercial and/or industrial construction
- Structural engineering
- Estimating: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Glass, Door and/or Window: 2 years (preferred)
- Working in Office Environment: 2 years (preferred)
- Project coordination
