Salary: £22 per hour plus company vehicle

We're looking for a Mobile Multi-skilled Engineer to join a highly regarded building services team, delivering exceptional maintenance solutions across commercial sites in the education and healthcare sectors.

About the Role:

1. Provide planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial properties.
2. Work on mechanical and electrical systems, including plantroom equipment.
3. Operate independently and collaboratively within a multi-skilled service team.
4. Travel across the North West and Midlands, with occasional overnight stays (pre-arranged and fully expensed).

What We're Looking For:

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial mechanical and electrical building services.
2. ACS Gas qualified and Gas Safe registered.
3. Full UK driving licence essential.
4. NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).
5. 18th Edition / NICEIC qualifications.
6. F-Gas and LPG certifications desirable.
7. Ability to read and interpret building services drawings.
8. Basic IT proficiency.
