Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Anti-Fraud and Chargeback Specialist. You will analyze data related to payment fraud and chargebacks, and develop security rules to prevent these issues on Swapped.com. You will collaborate with customer support, manage chargebacks, and communicate with law enforcement and banks. As this is a new department, initial responsibilities will be high to minimize fraud and chargebacks while avoiding false positives and customer churn.
