Senior Construction Solicitor

A London office of a UK law firm has a requirement for a Senior Construction Solicitor. The work involves large PFI projects across disciplines and requires the successful solicitor to advise clients on non-contentious construction contract documentation. Excellent technical knowledge of construction contracts is essential, combined with excellent interpersonal skills and a highly astute commercial mindset.

Skills required include excellent drafting and negotiating abilities from cradle to grave on multi-million pound PFI and infrastructure projects across sectors such as health and housing.

Salary: Up to £90,000
