Swim Manager

Nuffield Health Reading FWC | Fitness | Permanent | Part Time |

Up to £28,040.40 per annum (pro rata), depending on skills and experience.

10 hours per week

As a Swim Manager at our Reading Fitness and Wellbeing Club, you should have an ASA or STA Level 2 qualification or relevant management experience, with a track record of delivering commercial targets. A passion for helping multiple generations learn to swim, strong team working skills, and an infectious enthusiasm that inspires others are essential.

About the Role

• Ensure clients, whether beginners or experienced swimmers, enjoy their time in the pool through your passion and enthusiasm for swimming.

• Report directly to the Fitness Manager and indirectly to the General Manager as part of the Management Team.

• Take full responsibility for swim class programming, including management, governance, and active selling of products and services within the swim classes timetable.

• Drive continuous improvement of site standards with internal swim instructors.

• Act as a role model for responsible and appropriate conduct among all team members.
