Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to faculty members and students
  • Manage academic schedules and coordinate meetings
  • Assist with the preparation of documents and reports
  • Handle correspondence and enquiries in a timely manner
  • Ensure records are accurately maintained and updated
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Work in collaboration with other team members to deliver high-quality service
  • Adhere to and promote the Institute's policies and procedures

The Successful Applicant

A successful Academic Administrator should have:

  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably within an academic institution
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
