Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to faculty members and students
Manage academic schedules and coordinate meetings
Assist with the preparation of documents and reports
Handle correspondence and enquiries in a timely manner
Ensure records are accurately maintained and updated
Assist with event planning and coordination
Work in collaboration with other team members to deliver high-quality service
Adhere to and promote the Institute's policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
A successful Academic Administrator should have:
An undergraduate degree or equivalent
Experience in an administrative role, preferably within an academic institution
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
