THE FIRM

Our client is a highly regarded national law firm.

THE ROLE

A Real Estate solicitor is sought to join and handle high-value, complex deals in the Food and Agribusiness sector with prestigious clients.

You will join one of the largest specialist agricultural property teams in the UK, dealing with a varied range of matters including many of the highest value and most complex deals nationally.

You will undertake a wide range of Real Estate work including:

1. Investment sales/purchases and development projects for clients such as corporate landowners, education clients, and charitable institutions
2. Sale and purchase of agricultural land, farms, and estates
3. Agricultural and business tenancies
4. Farming partnerships
5. Renewable energy projects
6. Mineral leases
7. Refinancing transactions for landowners and businesses operating in the rural sector

ABOUT YOU

A lawyer with 5+ pqe, you will have real estate experience gained in a large regional or City law firm.
You will also have experience of agricultural property work and an interest in issues such as food security, energy, and natural resources.
