The Kent and Medway Community Rehabilitation Service provides care for those residing in Kent and Medway and specializes in working with people whose long-term complex needs cannot be met by a general adult mental health service.

You will be fully registered with the GMC, have Approved Clinician status, and S12 approval under the Mental Health Act (or achieve this within 3 months of appointment).

Responsibilities:

  2. Be accessible and supportive to team members.
  3. Attend unit Business Meetings chaired by the team managers and the Operational Meeting led by the service lead. Develop effective working relationships with staff, managers, and professional leads.
  4. Contribute to service development, quality assurance, innovation, and learning from incidents, complaints, and compliments. Support team debriefs and learning after untoward incidents.

We are Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust (KMPT), providing vital mental health, learning disability, and specialist services to a population of 1.8 million across Kent and Medway.

Join our network of medical professionals and contribute to making a positive impact. We offer professional development opportunities and a high quality of life in the picturesque Garden of England.

Collaborate with the Kent and Medway Medical School, be at the forefront of integrated care, and prioritize individual well-being. If you are passionate about research, join our internationally recognized team and shape the future of healthcare.

You will join friendly, diverse colleagues committed to providing brilliant care through brilliant people.
