Job Opportunity: Education and Workforce Development Lead - NHS Borders AHP Services

Join NHS Borders AHP services in a role focused on education and workforce development. This position supports the development of educational initiatives and workforce strategies across services, complementing the existing Practice Education Lead (PEL) role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Embedding support and supervision across AHP services
  2. Developing Advance Practice and HCSW frameworks
  3. Implementing protected learning time and job planning
  4. Supporting Board approaches to recruitment and retention
  5. Developing service-level workforce planning in line with safe staffing legislation
  6. Contributing to a multi-professional education and training approach, including programs for newly qualified practitioners and simulation training
