Business Development Manager

Up to £40,000 (doe) + commission

Full Time, Permanent

Calne, Wiltshire (onsite)

Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team in Calne. This is a full-time role focused on driving business growth and expanding their client base within the integrated facilities solutions sector.

Your role:

  1. To develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the integrated facilities solutions market.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  6. Utilise CRM software to manage client interactions and track business development activities.
  7. Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment of marketing and business development efforts.
  8. Operate digital marketing and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Your Experience:
  1. 3 Years + IN Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
  2. Experience within the integrated facilities solutions industry is highly desirable.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  7. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
