Your new company

You will be joining an international manufacturing organisation who have recently gained investment to significantly grow their business activities.

Your new role

This key role, which reports into the Head of Finance, will see you take responsibility for the business partnering across the Operations. You will partner closely with manufacturing, engineering, and development teams, providing them with high-quality analysis, month-end commentary, and guidance around budget and forecast. Alongside these key activities, you will train and develop a part-qualified team and work with wider finance on systems/ERP changes. This is a broad role with plenty of scope if you enjoy partnering activities!

What you'll need to succeed

In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACA/Equivalent), you should be a proven operator within a manufacturing or engineering environment and be confident partnering up to c-suite level. Coaching/mentoring experience would be preferred, but if you have the industry experience, please get in touch! You should be a team player and have a proven track record in driving through growth and positive change.
