The Role at a Glance:

• Position: Head of Operations
• Location: Remote with occasional meetings in London or Manchester
• Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

The Head of Operations Opportunity:

As Head of Operations, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll lead our operations systems (with a focus on HubSpot or similar tools), ensure data accuracy, optimize processes, and support decision-making through smart reporting. Your key responsibilities include:

• Operations management: ensure smooth daily operations, system integration, and organized team events
• Data management & reporting: analyze data, create impactful reports and dashboards, ensure GDPR compliance
• Risk assessment & troubleshooting: monitor systems, assess risks, resolve issues
• Strategy & process improvement: align systems with business goals, drive automation, implement best practices
• Stakeholder support & training: support and train team members on key tools

Qualifications & Experience:

• Leadership experience in SME operations or similar

• Experience in the education sector or international schools
• Excellent English skills, familiarity with coaching services
