A leading regulatory body in the UK is seeking a Resourcing Manager to oversee recruitment and onboarding services. This role involves managing a team, enhancing the resourcing strategy, and driving diversity initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the FCA's talent acquisition efforts within a supportive HR environment.

Salary - National (Edinburgh or Leeds) salary up to £90,000 and London salary up to £95,000 per annum (Salary offered will be based on skills and experience).

The Resourcing team at the FCA sits in Human Resources, alongside the Executive Resourcing, Early Careers and Talent teams to form the Resourcing and Talent department. The FCA Resourcing & Talent department is passionate about getting the right people, in the right roles at the right time to enable the FCA to meet its objectives.
