Job Description:

My client, a leader within the FMCG industry, is looking for a Website and Marketing Executive to lead the day-to-day running of their website and database/CRM systems. You will build new pages and features, identify and implement innovative ideas aligned with the business strategy, and manage web agency support for technical deployments including CRM/database system rollout, liaising with marketing colleagues for optimal use.

Requirements include 4-5 years’ experience in digital marketing, with PPC, SEO, CRM, email, and website management. Knowledge of SEO and website optimization techniques, proficiency with Google Analytics or similar tools, and a creative yet pragmatic approach are essential. You should be able to write accurate briefs, communicate confidently, and develop customer journeys and online stores to grow sales and engagement.

The role involves developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing agencies, monitoring website traffic, optimizing for organic search, and improving website performance and user experience. Familiarity with CMS, content updating, and industry competitor analysis are also required.
