About this role:

As a Field Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing your area, driving consumer choice and activated restaurants to maximize orders. You will act as a trusted advisor to partners in your territory.

Location: Edinburgh (Field-based & home-based).

Key responsibilities include:
  • Maximizing potential of existing restaurants through building mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Educating restaurant partners to provide excellent customer service.
  • Onboarding new restaurants within 14 days of going online and optimizing their performance.
  • Prioritizing order growth via activated restaurants and mentoring partners.
  • Using internal platforms (Salesforce, Restaurant Manager) to identify growth opportunities.
Candidate requirements:
  • Experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Ownership of ambitious targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for learning, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
  • Interest in food and restaurants.
  • Full clean UK driving license.
