This role requires working EVENING SHIFTS BETWEEN 3PM AND 11PM. Please only apply if you meet this criterion.

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, ensuring smooth operations in customer areas, making children feel welcome, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining cleanliness standards in dining areas and restrooms, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

You will work in a fast-paced, energetic environment. We are looking for someone with a genuine smile, the ability to connect with customers, and make them feel valued.

Ideal candidates will be friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and maintaining eye contact are essential. You should be able to sustain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
