The role - Assistant Quantity Surveyor

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be office based in Bedford, with site visits, and will look after several commercial contracts with values ranging from £50,000 - £1m.

Main responsibilities:

1. Putting together monthly valuations
2. Costing contract variations
3. Monitoring material and labour expenditure
4. Assisting with commercially running the schemes

The right person: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

1. You will be an Assistant with 2 years plus experience
2. You will have worked for a flooring subcontractor or a main contractor or fit out company where flooring has been part of your package
3. You will be self-motivated and proactive

Working hours 8.30-5pm
