Dentist Clinical Advisor / Associate Dentist – North West England

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental group to recruit a Dentist Clinical Advisor / Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Position Details:

1. Position available to start asap with notice periods taken into consideration.
2. Full time position.
3. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
4. Dentist clinical advisor 1-2 days per week (employed).
5. Associate Dentist – NHS & Private (self employed).

9. Working for a family owned group of dental practices.
10. Occasional visit to head office in Leicestershire required.
11. Practice location to be discussed at interview.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in general dental practice.
2. Previous experience in a leadership, advisory, or mentoring role is highly desirable.
3. Strong clinical and technical expertise in general dentistry.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proven ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.
6. Familiarity with compliance requirements and clinical audits in the dental sector.
7. A proactive approach to team development and clinician engagement.

All dentists applying for this position will be GDC registered, have an active performer number with 5+ years experience of working in general practice. A valid DBS is required on request.
