We do business as Olathe Millwork, currently located in Gardner, KS. We are growing and seeking a Carpenter in our Door Shop!

Position: We are growing and seeking an Entry-Level Carpenter in our door shop! You will use a variety of tools and machines to fabricate doors from component materials.

Your Day-to-Day: To excel in this role, you will need to...

  • Fabricate doors and door frames using table saws, routers, chop saws, and nail guns.
  • Operate machines and tools in the assembly and production of doors.
  • Assist our delivery drivers by loading and securing material in the truck.
  • Stage and load material in trucks in accordance with customer orders.
  • Work safely, attend safety meetings, and follow all safety procedures and policies.

  • You prefer precise, consistent work which requires patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time.
  • You like structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers, yet understand that most knowledge is achieved by on-the-job training.
  • You prefer steady, methodical work output so that jobs can be completed on time and error-free.
