This company is an industry leader and due to continued expansion and success, they are now looking for motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to join the team.

The key responsibilities for this role will include Leading the Commercial Operations function, driving efficient processes, supporting sales, and managing key AV projects. You'll engage clients, develop business, guide technical solutions, and collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategy and growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial AV or tech sales/operations, with strong knowledge of AV systems and integration. You'll be commercially astute, confident with clients and suppliers, and skilled in ERP/CRM systems, account management, and business development.

The Role:

The Person:

  • Experience in a commercial AV, technology or solutions-based sales / operations environment
  • Experience in key account management, quoting / presenting to client and business development
  • Proficiency in ERP / CRM systems
