This role operates on a rota-based shift pattern between 6am-9pm. You will manage payments and fraud screening in the Card Not Present environment, including handling disputes, chargebacks, and investigating fraud. Your role is crucial in analyzing patterns and inaccuracies in multi-million-pound transactions, contributing significantly to our business.
