General Manager (GM)

OVERVIEW:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring a high standard of service and member satisfaction.
2. Lead and develop a talented team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
3. Implement and manage effective business-to-business marketing strategies to enhance our community presence.
4. Drive social media engagement and content creation to promote our brand and services.
5. Develop and execute retention strategies to maintain and grow our member base.
6. Organize and host community events to enhance local outreach and engagement.
7. Manage scheduling, sales processes, and performance metrics for the entire team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fitness sales and management.
2. Valid Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from an NCCA accredited program.
3. Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field.
4. Strong background in business-to-business marketing, social media, and member retention strategies.
5. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Pay: $31,250.00 - $80,000.00 per year
