The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Concierge/Day Porter to support the reception team with guest arrivals and departures. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, a can-do attitude, flexibility, and a passion for customer service excellence. The role involves carrying luggage, so physical fitness is essential. Previous hotel experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Please note, only candidates over 25 years old can be considered due to insurance reasons. A full UK driving license is required.
