Job Description:

Kingdom Services Group has a great opportunity for a CCTV Controller/Site Security Supervisor to join our team working at a shopping centre in Farnborough, GU14.

When: We’re looking to get the right person in the team ASAP!

Salary: £14.95 per hour.

Hours: On average 48 hours per week, shifts as per site rota, 4 days on, 4 days off. Monday to Sunday 08:00 - 20:00.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV, centre surveillance, fire control panel, parking systems control, and centre alarm systems.
• Ensure daily tasks are completed to the required standards, including security, cleaning, maintenance, customer service, and CCTV monitoring.
• Monthly ordering of consumables & materials primarily used by the centre cleaning team.
• Conduct checks of security & cleaning tasks to ensure correct completion.
• Respond swiftly to security breaches or incidents.
• Maintain a secure environment.
• Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders during security emergencies.
• Educate and train security personnel on protocols and emergency response plans.

About you:

• A valid SIA licence or application for one / CCTV licence.
• Own transport required.
• A full five-year checkable employment history.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• An ability to work as part of a team.
