We're a leading manufacturer of convenience food in the UK, dedicated to making everyday taste better. As a vibrant, fast-paced food manufacturer, we employ 13,300 colleagues across 16 manufacturing units and 17 distribution depots nationwide. We supply a wide range of food products to all UK food retailers, including sandwiches, soups, sushi, cooking sauces, pickles, and ready meals. In FY24, our revenues reached £1.8bn. Our extensive direct-to-store (DTS) distribution network includes 17 depots, enabling over 10,500 daily deliveries of our own chilled and frozen products, as well as third-party goods. Our Northampton facility is one of the most impressive in Europe, comprising five manufacturing units and a team of around 2,000 colleagues producing high-quality, premium products daily.

We are looking for an Engineering Shift Leader to manage a team of engineers, maintaining and improving plant and equipment performance to meet maximum machine availability targets.
Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off (days)
