Job description

WilkinsonEyre is hiring designers to join its team in London on transport-orientated projects.

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic individuals to work on current and future transport projects in the UK and internationally, from concept design through to construction support. Prior transport experience is beneficial; proficiency in Rhino and Bentley AECOSim is strongly preferred. We seek a range of experience, from package runners to graduates with at least 4 years of experience.

Successful candidates will demonstrate experience in complex projects, liaising with engineering and/or contractor counterparts, driving forward design, and working with contractors to develop and review designs. You should possess a combination of design, technical, and management skills and take an active role in developing scheme and technical design as well as digital production. You will thrive in a team environment within our vibrant practice culture. Previous experience on transport projects (particularly rail and metro) is advantageous.

In addition to competitive salaries, various benefits are offered to employees, including private medical care (BUPA), a contributory pension scheme, group life assurance, and group income protection, among others.

WilkinsonEyre prides itself on being an equal opportunities employer, treating all candidates fairly regardless of age, race, sex, or disability. We want every candidate we meet to feel respected, and candidates invited for an interview (remotely or in person) will be warmly welcomed. We look forward to being inspired by talented designers interested in introducing their work to our practice.
