Job description

Anderson Green Ltd is a leading privately owned Building Services Consultancy and we currently have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our expanding Administration Team as an Administrative Assistant.

The successful candidate will assist our Office Manager and join our Administration Team in supporting our Building Services Design Engineers.

Based within our Nottingham office.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing clerical and administrative support
  • Assisting with Document Control
  • Producing, formatting and finalizing documents
  • Booking trains and hotels
  • Providing occasional support with Reception duties including managing telephone calls and taking messages
Skills and Abilities:
  • Proactive and confident to ask questions
  • Organised with a flexible working attitude
  • Responsible, punctual, reliable and hard-working
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written
  • User of Microsoft Office, predominantly Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role an advantage
  • A grade 4 or above (grade A-C) in Maths and English – desirable
Schedule:
  • Full-time position is available, but exact working hours can be agreed to suit the right candidate
  • Office hours are Monday to Friday 08:00am until 17:00pm
