A prestigious international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Partner to join its growing Commercial Contracts & Technology team in Belfast. This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly skilled lawyer with expertise in technology transactions, outsourcing, and complex commercial agreements to play a key role in a dynamic and ambitious practice.

The Role:

• Advising multinational corporations, tech companies, and financial institutions on commercial contracts, outsourcing, and technology-driven transactions.

• Leading and negotiatingIP-heavy agreements, as well as strategic partnerships and joint ventures.

• Providing expert guidance on data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance in commercial contracts.

• Collaborating with a global team on cross-border deals and high-profile mandates.

• Playing a pivotal role in business development, client relationship management, and team growth.

About You:

• 7+ years’ PQE gained at a leading UK or international firm.

• Expertise in commercial contracts, technology, outsourcing, and IP transactions.

• Strong technical knowledge of data privacy, AI, and emerging tech trends is advantageous.

• Proven ability to lead on complex matters and develop client relationships.

• Experience mentoring and supervising junior lawyers.
