Job Responsibilities
- Provide security services at various sites across a defined geographical area as required.
- Protect the customer’s employees, property, and assets in line with Assignment Instructions and site-specific requirements.
- Deliver high levels of customer service, demonstrating Securitas’ core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. (Note: the Security Officer must have a full SIA licence before starting operational shifts).
- Maintain outstanding customer service standards.
- Handle problems faced by staff and visitors responsibly.
- Present a professional image through personal presentation and uniform.
- Complete all paperwork timely and conduct effective handovers.
- Perform any other duties as directed by Branch Management.
- Show understanding of and engagement with Securitas Core Values, recognizing workplace risks and prioritizing safety, while complying with policies, procedures, and training.
