Join us to collaborate, innovate, and build brands consumers love. Together, with passionate people worldwide, you’ll test new ideas, learn, and shape a brighter future.

About the role

We operate Guinness packaging facilities at Marshalls Road in Belfast and Runcorn in Northwest England, packaging canned, bottled, and kegged products for Ireland, the UK, and export markets.

This site-based role at Diageo's east Belfast facility involves a 24/7 operation on a 12-acre site, receiving beer in bulk tankers holding up to 30,000 litres. The site packages over 20 brands, including Guinness Draught, Extra Stout, Foreign Extra Stout, Harp, Hop House 13, Smithwick's, and Rockshore.

As the Program Deployment Coordinator, you will prepare the site for deploying our new connected worker platform (Zaptic). Working with the Digital & Transformation team, you will configure Autonomous Maintenance standards within the platform and engage the site operations team to adopt the digital system replacing paper-based processes.

Responsibilities include:

  2. Guiding phased deployment using the Zaptic Monday plan, supporting adoption through Super Users to ensure it becomes BAU after three phases.
  3. Supporting ongoing improvement and development within Zaptic to meet operational needs.
  4. Handover to the Zaptic support team for continuous operation.

About you

  • Experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • Experience with connected worker platforms, preferably Zaptic.
