A growing brand in the work space, developing a portfolio of assets, is looking for a Finance Director with growth company experience to take ownership of a group business.

Your new role

Reporting to the MD, this role is a hugely varied role and the perfect role for a qualified professional with construction or property experience looking to operate as a Finance Director and lead a team.

Duties:

1. Full financial ownership of operations and business
2. Quarterly reporting
3. Management of outsourced accounting, VAT, Tax and compliance functions
4. Business planning and budgeting, including specific focus on cost control
5. Contributing to the development of investment strategies
6. Building and managing a team, currently 4

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a qualified accountant from either a practice or industry background, capable of owning a reporting process but also adding significant commercial and strategic value when it comes to budgeting and cost analysis. Understanding of working in a regulated environment would be beneficial.
