Fabricators Wanted - Work on Warships & Submarines!

DK Recruitment are recruiting Fabricators to work across all business unit areas at Devonport Dockyard in Plymouth. This is your chance to contribute to some of the most prestigious marine engineering projects, including work on Royal Navy warships, submarines, and cutting-edge factory operations.

Your Role
  1. Structural repairs & alterations on a variety of metals and thicknesses
  2. Working from engineering drawings & technical specs
  3. Using workshop tools & fabrication machinery
  4. Manufacturing & assembling structural modules
What We're Looking For
  1. Fabrication experience in marine or related industries
  2. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  3. Safe, responsible work ethic
  4. Experience with Royal Navy ships, RFA vessels, or large commercial ships is preferred
Essential Qualifications (One of the Following Required):
  1. Indentured Apprenticeship in a relevant trade
  2. Level 3 Modern Apprenticeship in fabrication, sheet metal, or structural steel
  3. Level 3 Engineering Qualification in a related discipline
  4. SC Security Clearance eligibility required
Work Schedule & Contract Details
  1. 6-month contract (initially)
  2. Monday-Thursday: 07:30-15:30 | Friday: 07:30-12:30
  3. Overtime & shift work possible but not guaranteed
