An established industry player is seeking a proactive Marketing and Admissions Lead to enhance their admissions process. We are seeking an experienced, confident, and proactive team player with strong organisational and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and maintain productive working relationships with all key stakeholders, including colleagues, partners, and prospective families. The postholder will play a vital leadership role by coordinating all marketing and admissions activities and providing new capacity, particularly in admissions marketing.

Our current Marketing and Admissions cycle is supported by various colleagues across academic, pastoral, and operational roles. However, only our Head of Admissions is dedicated solely to this function. To address potential challenges in future admissions, we are investing in this new role to maintain our academic standards and social diversity.
The Marketing and Admissions Lead will coordinate all activities related to the prospective families’ journey, including:
The postholder will focus on building relationships throughout this process, ensuring applicants feel the process is handled with humanity, transparency, and prioritising their wellbeing.
Hours: 37.5 hours/week, 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday, throughout the year, including key admissions events.
Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 gross per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
