The Head of Ecommerce will manage their digital storefront, improving site performance and driving engagement, conversion, and sales.

The Role:
  • Manage and nurture a high-performing team with a clear vision and a positive attitude
  • Enhance customer experience, engagement, and conversion across desktop and mobile platforms
  • Implement the ecommerce strategy aligned with evolving customer behaviors
  • Collaborate with performance marketing colleagues to support acquisition through an optimal customer journey
  • Oversee website content structure and functionality, including UX, content, SEO, and conversion
  • Manage relationships with third-party technology suppliers
  • Integrate personalization and recognition features to improve relevance and user outcomes
  • Utilize data to inform decisions on customer behavior, conversion funnels, and web performance
