Can you sustain the pace to keep on growing? Will you make an impact with your desire to win? We are seeking a Field Sales Representative (AFH) based in Chesterfield. This is a permanent full-time position with a salary of £29,033 and many compelling benefits.

About Your Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and be responsible for delivering sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities. You will become an expert in the soft drinks category. Your customers will typically include independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafes.

You will focus on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.

Requirements include:

  • A full, clean UK driving license
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Living within a 60-minute commute of the role location

Ideal skills and experience include:

  • Influencing and negotiation skills, with experience driving positive outcomes and securing sales through fact-based conversations
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale, and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in digital technologies (iPhone, iPad) to support sales activities, communication, and reporting
  • Ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting targets
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement and technology
  • Excellent prioritisation skills for efficiency and multitasking
