Job Description

Nicholas Associates has an exciting opportunity for an Aftersales & Support Manager. This key role is responsible for managing all aftersales operations. You will collaborate with both the Sales and Operations teams to ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting business targets.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for all Return Material Authorisation (RMA) activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Manage warranty claims, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
  • Oversee support and service contracts to boost recurring revenue and customer retention.
  • Control inventory, including customer-owned stock and returned materials.
  • Achieve high performance against business objectives and service standards.
  • Administer all RMA processes in line with company procedures.
  • Prepare regular reports on aftersales activities, customer satisfaction, and service performance.
  • Monitor and analyze aftersales metrics to identify improvement areas.
  • Continuously improve aftersales policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in returns management, account management, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
