Job Description & Responsibilities

My client is looking to add to their growing team with the addition of an experienced Finishing Foreman on a permanent basis for a number of luxury residential schemes in the Berkshire, Surrey, Bucks, and Oxfordshire regions. You will report into a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager, helping to drive the finishing stages of the developments towards completion.

Each development consists of high-end luxury houses and apartments ranging from 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. The ideal candidate must have a strong finishing background with a proven track record of having worked on luxury high-finished apartments.

Key Skills & Qualifications

1. The ideal candidate must have experience working for a developer on all internal works of high-end residential projects.
2. The ideal candidate will have experience with all finishing stages from 1st fix, 2nd fix, snagging, de-snagging, and completion, CMLs through to handover.
3. Candidates must have a valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid, and coming from a trades background would be ideal.
