Special Works Engineer - London

50,000 - 60,000

My clients Special Works Department delivers a wide range of installations, primarily driven by works generated from existing maintenance and service sites. This team focuses on cutting-edge engineering solutions, with a strong emphasis on technological upgrades, energy enhancements, and software modifications.

Key Projects Include:

  • Controller and supervisor upgrades

  • Energy enhancement initiatives using smart technology

  • Software modifications to improve system efficiency

  • Small fit-out works on construction projects

The Role:


You will operate both independently and as part of a team, taking on projects aimed at making buildings better and more intelligent. This role offers the chance to engage with new technologies, develop engineering strategies, and actively contribute to the department's ongoing growth.

Training & Development:
Training will be provided on new and emerging BMS and smart tech products. There's scope for progression within the department, with opportunities to build on engineering, design, and management skills.
