Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:

1. Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
2. Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning and boost confidence.
3. Assist with classroom organisation, displays, and learning resources.
4. Provide support for pupils with additional needs, including SEND or EAL, where required.
5. Foster positive relationships with pupils and help manage behaviour in line with school policies.
6. Supervise pupils during breaktimes, lunchtimes, or on school trips.
