We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor - Maternity Cover to join our team in Manchester. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of customer care during the maternity leave of our current advisor.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide detailed information about energy contracts and address any client concerns
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues to enhance their experience with our services
  • Keep accurate records of customer communications and update client information
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to process improvements based on customer feedback

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric outlook

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer literacy is advantageous
  • A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning
  • Base salary £27,000 per annum (37.5 hours per week)
  • Ongoing training and development including extensive 1:1 coaching and group sessions.
