• High-level data modelling - working with business analysts to understand data sets, their locations, and supporting requirements.
• Analyzing and understanding federation vs. integration.
• Documenting integration requirements, flows, subscriptions, etc., to support use cases.
• Understanding of Configuration Management.
• Knowledge of access methodologies and data analysis.
• Defining data standards, taxonomies, and naming conventions across ITSM.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles.
• SACM (Service Asset & Configuration Management).
