Job summary

CMC Partnership Consultancy Ltd seeks a Change Manager with active e-DV security clearance for a permanent hybrid role in the UK (London/Cheltenham). You’ll work across private and public sector programmes, developing change plans, engaging stakeholders and delivering communications to enable benefits realisation.

Applicants should have broad experience in people-side change, familiarity with Prosci, and the ability to lead workshops and training analysis. A diverse background is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business change on large projects.
• Ability to create adoption and engagement plans.
• Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR model is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage change plans, engagement strategies and roadmaps.
• Engage with business change activity and ensure stakeholder needs are met.
• Develop change communications and an engagement strategy.
• Complete and transition change activity to business areas.
• Assist clients with evolving business processes and procedures.
• Lead workshops to assess change impact and conduct training analysis.
• Liaise between delivery teams and business users for smooth implementation.
