Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience) + Potential Additional SEN allowance available

About the Roles:
Depending on your specialism, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners

• Support children and young people with a range of learning needs, including SEN and SEMH

• Build safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environments

• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external professionals

• Access high-quality CPD and tailored professional development opportunities

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

• Passionate about education and committed to supporting young people

• Experience or willingness to work in SEN/SEMH environments (training provided)

• Confident in behaviour management with a calm and resilient approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
