About the Roles:
Depending on your specialism, you will:

Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive lessons tailored to the diverse needs of learners

Support pupils with a wide range of learning profiles, including SEN and SEMH

Collaborate effectively with teaching colleagues, pastoral leads, and support staff

Engage in high-quality CPD and receive specialist training to further your professional development

About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

Enthusiastic, compassionate, and driven to make a difference in the lives of young people

Experience in or willingness to work within SEN or SEMH environments (full training provided)

Skilled in behaviour management, adaptable, and emotionally resilient

A committed team player with excellent communication skills
