Location: Alton & Surrounding Areas
Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience) + Potential Additional SEN allowance available
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are proud to be working in partnership with a range of Multi-Academy Trusts and specialist education providers in the Alton area to recruit passionate and dedicated Teachers, SEN Teachers, and SEMH Teachers. Whether you're an experienced educator looking for your next challenge or an ECT eager to make a lasting impact, we have permanent roles available across Primary, Secondary, and Specialist settings.

About the Roles:
Depending on your specialism, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners

Support children and young people with a range of learning needs, including SEN and SEMH

Build safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environments

Work collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external professionals

Access high-quality CPD and tailored professional development opportunities

About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

Passionate about education and committed to supporting young people

Experience or willingness to work in SEN/SEMH environments (training provided)

Confident in behaviour management with a calm and resilient approach

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
