What it means to be an Early Years Educator at N Family Club…
As an Early Years Educator at N Family Club, you will be the catalyst for creativity, curiosity, and growth. You’ll bring our bespoke N curriculum to life, guiding children to dream big, think independently, and explore their world with confidence. With our state-of-the-art resources and training, you’ll be empowered to inspire young minds while developing your own skills along the way.

This position is Monday to Friday 20 hours per week 11:00am to 3:00pm

This is an exciting opportunity to join our brand new 54-place N Twickenham West Nursery, which opened in Twickenham (South West London) in May 2024!

To ensure that all children develop a love of learning in the great outdoors, the nursery features a large garden – perfect for our Forest School-inspired sessions, which form a core part of our N curriculum.

The nursery is located perfectly in the heart of Twickenham, just a hop, skip, and a jump away from Fulwell, Strawberry Hill, and Whitton stations!

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of our 'learning through play’ educational ethos and the N Curriculum;
• You will sensitively implement the pattern of the day routine;
• Plan innovative learning experiences that constantly challenge children's learning and development;
• Engage in high-quality observations, assessments and planning for the children within your care;
• Ensure that key transition periods within the room such as sleep times, mealtimes and outings occur smoothly;
• Meal time supervision and adhering to all of N’s mealtime policies to ensure we are keeping our children safe when served and eating food;
• Adhere to all policies and procedures;
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents;
• Promote and role-model safeguarding procedures and the importance of child welfare
• Ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the day;
• Ensure that daily H&S-related tasks and checks happen promptly & thoroughly with any concerns followed up;
• Ensure all policies, procedures and practices are embedded within the practice;
• Be committed to continual reflective practice;
• Be accountable and implement behavioural safety within the nursery;
• Responsible for always adhering to the company's H&S policy: “Statement of Intent"
• Be a role model for exceptionally high standards, never cutting corners, thriving on feedback and leading on educational excellence
