Annual salary £26,041.49 - £27,998.49 - plus benefits including bonus and quarterly commission

Teaching Personnel are hiring ASAP for an Educator Consultant to join our Sheffield office to support the work of our Recruitment Consultant team as they look to match our client schools with the perfect educators, which you will be an integral part of.

We match talented educators with schools for contract, short term (casual supply work) and also long term placements to cover absence, maternity and sickness.

We are on an exciting journey of growth and therefore looking to add an Educator Consultant to our Sheffield office starting ASAP on a full-time basis.

As a Candidate Consultant at Teaching Personnel, you bring schools and teachers together, towards a better education experience for pupils. You are not required to have experience in this career or any work experience at all, so long as you bring your energy and willingness to learn to the table. You will join a thriving team covering a specialist sector (Secondary/Primary/SEN) and will support an experienced team of recruiters and have the opportunity for career development and progression.

In the role, you will be required to:

  1. Support your team through building strong internal and external relationships enabling excellent customer service at all levels.
  2. Proactively communicate with your branches and educators regarding vetting and registration timelines ensuring we maximise the likelihood of finding people work as quickly as possible.
  3. Create and publish job adverts, screen and interview educators and support experienced Recruitment Consultants in matching them to available roles.
  4. Be confident working interactively utilising various forms of written and verbal communication.
